Matt Stevenson is a top-producing Associate Broker and luxury real estate advisor serving Blaine County, Idaho—including Sun Valley, Ketchum, Hailey, and Bellevue. As co-founder of The Stevenson Real Estate Group at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Sun Valley Properties, Matt has closed more than $252 million in real estate since becoming licensed in 2019. He currently ranks #6 in the Sun Valley Board of Realtors and is a recipient of the BHHS Chairman’s Circle Diamond and 5-Year Legend Awards.

Before entering real estate, Matt held leadership roles at Facebook and The Presidio Group, a wealth advisory firm for high-net-worth families and foundations. His background in finance, law, and technology gives him a sharp edge in negotiations, investment evaluation, and client service. Matt earned his Associate Broker designation in 2022.
