Even though we are officially moving into Fall this week, the market shows no signs of cooling off. Last week, we saw weekly highs for Under Contract $ Volume ($60.9M) and for Sold $ Volume ($45.1M). (The Under Contract figure is a tad misleading, as a couple of properties were counted twice due to being listed multiple times in the MLS.) Regardless, buyers are out there making offers, and sellers are listening. Call us to discuss if you are looking to make something happen before the end of the year.
There are already plenty of pockets of trees changing color around the valley — one of the best things about living in the Wood River Valley. We hope you're able to take advantage of the cooler temps and get out into the mountains in the days and weeks to come. And if you're looking for something new on the calendar: cities across the country are celebrating Dolly Parton Day on Friday, September 25th (9-2-5, chosen for her famous movie and song). We don't see anything planned here in the valley, but it's a great excuse to live large, laugh a lot, and play some Dolly Parton songs!
